Our History

Amalia, our founder, is a shining example of perseverance and dedication. She began working at just 11 years old to help support her family and later emigrated to the United States in 2012 in pursuit of the American dream. Despite facing many challenges, she remained determined, gaining experience in cleaning and restaurant jobs. Driven by her journey and commitment to excellence, Amalia established Tlaczani Cleaning & Services LLC in Madison, WI. The company proudly carries her father’s surname as a tribute to the strength and inspiration he provided throughout her life.
